I was born in Macau and moved to Italy when I was five. During the mid 1960’s I frequently visited my family’s marble workshop in the suburb of Pisa where my father, uncle and cousin worked as marble artisans.
My father Oseo was an accomplished and talented sculptor who introduced and coached me in many different techniques, aspects and secrets of the art. I sometimes worked as an apprentice in the workshop.
Through my father’s encouragement I decided to pursue and further my knowledge of art. I attended many art classes in drawing, painting and sculpting. I came to Hong Kong 45 years ago to help with our family marble construction business. 18 years’ ago, I retreated from my family business entirely, and dedicated all my time to sculpting and drawing.
Art is in my blood and is a life long passion of mine. My creations are of the traditional style with a modernistic approach, themes are mostly related to Italian literature.
